Our mission is to grow a new breed of innovative tech solutions in underserved industries and markets by combining the agility and resourcefulness of modern tech with the knowledge and experience of founders who have strong industry roots.

Our vision is to be the incubator that creates a new kind of tech startup to accomplish our mission. One that is led by entrepreneurs with deep knowledge of the industries they serve, and empowered with the tools, resources, and support needed to create brilliant software products.

  • We value trust as the foundation of everything we do. We cultivate it continuously with our founders, employees, partners, and customers.
  • We start relationships from positions of trust and are sensitive to changes in it. We transparently address and work to rebuild trust when needed with openness and urgency.

Guardrails: We do not use trust as an excuse to hold a low bar for quality of partners, fail to exercise due diligence, or neglect to hold ourselves and each other accountable.
